The Templeton Planter was designed by James Alexander – Sinclair for Oxford Planters. This beautiful unique oak planter is finished off with a copper top and curvy copper banding which seems to flow around the whole planter.
The Templeton Planter is made from 70mm posts with 70mm vertical planking, wrapped with copper bands.
James Alexander Sinclair commented that it was fun to be offered the chance to expand one's mild megalomania into another field: “The planter is a combination of oak and copper: partly because both materials, unlike most people, age so gracefully and also because the copper will (I hope) make any marauding slugs run screaming for the hills” he said. |
